The Old Quaker University City Philadelphia apartments is definitely one of our favorite projects. The space provides expansive windows, detailed brickwork and stunning modern floor lamps that outline the singularity of the place.

These spacious apartments present us a palette with bright colors and a lot of light, that gives a welcome vibe to the space.

MODERN, INDUSTRIAL LOGAN SQUARE PHILADELPHIA APARTMENTS

The Lofts at Logan View’s features original brick walls, timber beams, and an open and eclectic free space with industrial windows that allow plenty of natural light inside.

The high ceiling and ample space indoors give a unique touch to this project. All of this combined, makes for an industrial, but stylish and modern loft with a lot of attention to detail.

OLD CITY PHILADELPHIA APARTMENTS

Reinhold Residential were able to create an authentic place with life, movement and continuity. Chocolate Works Old City Philadelphia apartments for rent feature on-site parking, fitness gym, and exposed brick and wood beams.

Spaces were dressed with plenty of photos and art and they installed oversized windows that fit perfectly in the place and display sweeping views. Our favorite piece? The stunning industrial style floor lamps that provide a unique atmosphere to this apartment.
